Order Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct products are selected before completing their order.


We do not accept returns or issue refunds for mistakes made during ordering, including but not limited to:

- Ordering the wrong fragrance  

- Incorrect product selection  

- Incorrect quantities or variants  


Please double-check your order carefully before checkout.

Returns

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery  

- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order  


To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with:

- Your order number  

- Clear photos of the product  

- Reason for return  


Approved returns must be sent back in their original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

- Opened or used fragrance oils  

- Change of mind  

- Incorrect orders placed by the customer  

- Custom or bulk orders

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

- Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days  

- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
